I have been a customer of Riviera Yacht Support and Riviera Wine for many years now and it never ceases to amaze me the lengths they are prepared to go to ensure exemplary service. I recently tasked them with stocking a 78m new build with prestige wines, with only a vague idea of what was required. Unpacking three pallets on time and in perfect order was like Christmas come early. Such an inspired choice which pleased the owner greatly, Louise’s vast experience was clearly evident. They have pulled out the stops and performed the impossible on more than one occasion and ensured our apparent seamless service on board, for which I shall be eternally grateful!
We would like to thank you all for the excellent support you have provided us with. Wine delivery on short notice on Bastille Day, three out of four berths requested by the clients confirmed, Awkward satellite TV installation done while goal posts were moving, carpenter pulled in for guests request for an unusual table top to be made and last but not least, a truly impressive repair of a defect sun awning. We dropped it off in Antibes, it was transported to Italy, repaired and delivered back on board in Monaco - and all in one day. Nothing short of outstanding!
I have been dealing with Riviera Yacht Support and Riviera Wine for the last 3-4 years on Lady Soul and since 2004 on other yachts, and have no hesitation in recommending them as a top yachting agent in the South of France! We have used them extensively for fuel, berthing, wines, last minute charter help… and have never been disappointed.
